Position Summary

SolidCAD’s Data Management Team is currently seeking an Industry Account Manager with a background in Electronic Content Management (ECM), Asset Management, Engineering Document Management Systems or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This position will be based from your home office (close to a major city in Canada) and will report to the Managing Director – Accruent Solutions. In this role, the candidate will be responsible to increase sales revenue and market development. The role is responsible for new customer development, as well as continued growth within an established customer base.

In this role, you will...

• Prospect, develop, attend regular customer meetings or events to promote the Accruent solutions (Meridian and Maintenance Connection) and associated implementation services.
• Evaluate and understand our prospects or customers' business processes, workflows, and technical requirements
• Maintain existing business relationships with current clients of the EDMS market segment to generate new business opportunities for SolidCAD.
• Write quotes and scopes of works in conjunction with the technical team.
• Develop presentation material and participate in product demonstrations.
• Document and track activities and contacts utilizing Salesforce and regularly update sales forecasts
• Foster strong workplace relationships to create a positive work environment.

About you...

The candidate is required to have experience at building relationships at C-Level and gas software sales experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Other requirements include:

• Experience in selling Electronic Document Management (EDM) solutions and/or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Demonstrate experience and perseverance with long sale cycle projects.
• Excellent communications (written and verbal) and presentation skills with the ability to articulate compelling ideas
• Team player and time manager who possesses proven organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a sales environment
• Hold a valid driver’s license in Canada
• Be available to travel in Canada and the US.

The following additional performance criteria are an asset to any individual applying:

• Knowledge of Accruent Meridian and/or OpenText DM and/or M-Files and/or Documentum and/or CMMS (Maximo, SAP PM, JD Edwards, Maintenance Connection, etc.)
• Bilingual English/French
• Knowledge of CAD/Design tools (Autodesk, SolidWorks, Bentley, etc.)
