Position Summary

Join our dynamic Finance team as an Accountant and play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate accounting processes and data integrity for financial and business analysis. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will...

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Accounting:
Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing activities.
• Accounts Reconciliation:
Reconcile financial transactions with the partners, resolve discrepancies, and maintain the accuracy of financial records.
• Systems:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Finance and cross-functional teams to provide accounting expertise during the enhancement of ERP and other digital tools utilization.
Process optimization - leverage your deep understanding of ERP capabilities to optimize financial processes and workflows within the system.
Data Integration - collaborate with a cross-functional team to integrate financial information with other business applications and databases.
• Reporting and Analysis:
Use the capabilities of ERP and other systems to generate financial reports and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
• Compliance:
Stay current with accounting regulations and standards, ensuring the company's financial practices remain compliant.

About you...

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, plus CPA or its equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with at least one ERP system, familiarity with ERP system functionalities, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Power Query; working knowledge of Power BI )
• Hands-on experience working with large databases.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to achieving results.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
